Ski-in / ski-out at Whitefish Mountain Resort

At THE RESIDENCES AT SNOW BEAR, our best and most valuable amenity is the direct ski-in / ski-out access. Simply glide over from the door of the ski room and you’re immediately at the Hope Slope chairlift (Chair #3) at Whitefish Mountain Resort. At the end of the ski day, follow the Hope Slope/Chair #3 signage to the ski run back home. Our perfect location allows skiers of all abilities to access the chairlift, the top of the mountain, and safely return to THE RESIDENCES.

For THE RESIDENCES AT SNOW BEAR, we have spent countless hours touring other nearby properties at Whitefish Mountain Resort and other Western ski areas, to analyze what has been done well, and what missed the mark for included amenities. From our own due diligence, and from the feedback of our past guests, we have designed the best of the best for a luxury ski property.

Building amenities include a fitness center, a ski locker room, and each unit includes a dedicated underground parking stall with private storage space.

The Fitness Center is located inside the entrance on Level One, offering a quick workout for non-ski days. There is also a bathroom for convenience.

The ski locker room features oversized lockers for abundant storage of numerous skis, poles, boots and accessories. Once geared up, simply walk out the door to the ski run, and glide down to the Hope Slope chairlift #3. Its that easy! At THE RESIDENCES AT SNOW BEAR, all amenity spaces are located on Level One, an easily accessible area of the building that extends to the ski run and chairlift access. Lower level access to the slopes is also available via the elevator to the garage level.

And remember, there is no need for a shared hot tub as all the residences each have their own expansive outdoor deck with a private hot tub, each enjoying amazing slope or Glacier mountain views!

Parking & Storage

Our heated, underground parking garage includes 1 reserved space for each of the residences, plus several spaces of overflow parking outdoors. Another very unique feature is the inclusion of large storage spaces adjacent to your personal parking space. Plenty of storage for skis, bikes, golf clubs, etc – all within easy loading to your car. With electric vehicles rapidly on the rise, we also have electric car chargers available!

Our People

Our final amenity is our people. SNOW BEAR is staffed by professional, on-site management. We live here, with you and want the best for our community that we too, call “Home”. Gail, the owner of Montana Bear Properties, will reside with her husband Darryl in unit #7. With more than 35 years of property management experience, Gail achieved the designation of CPM, a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1986. She is one of only 4 people in the state of Montana to have achieved the CPM designation. This 5-year vigorous program is highly selective, with only 8500 CPMs globally, who together manage over 900 Billion in combined real estate assets. Your vacation is in good hands at Snow Bear!
